Ruby Lee Huber, 80, of Livingston died peacefully in her sleep September, 25, 2016. She was born in Livingston, Texas on February 1, 1936. Ruby was proceeded in death by her parents Molly and Jessie Burks, husband Jeff Huber and siblings Jerry, Luther, Ruth, Trudy, Ronald Burks.
Ruby is survived and loved by her siblings Johnny, Monroe, Donald and Rufus Burks; four daughters Mary Whitaker, Rose Davis, Carolyn McCoin and Dorothy Russell; 8 grandkids and 18 great grandkids.
As a beautiful young woman Ruby won a beauty contest in Livingston, TX. At the age of 16 she married the love of her life Jeff Huber and they loved fishing and hunting together.
A celebration of Ruby’s life will be held Friday, September, 30, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., at Brookside Funeral Home 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, TX 77039.
