She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Miller.
Ruby is survived by sister Ethel Duncan, 6 children, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren. Numerous niece's and nephews.
Ruby loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening, shopping, thrift and garage sales. Casino trips, loved to have spa days getting her hair, nails and pedicures and road trips . She loved flowers of all kind. She lived a long happy life and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held on September 6, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, located at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX.
The funeral service will follow on the same day from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the same location.
The committal service is scheduled for September 6, 2025, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, also located at 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX.
