Ruth Evelyn Neutzler Bell (November 4, 1920 - April 16, 2016) is now reunited with her Lord in Heaven. She joins her parents, her brother, her sister, her son-in-law, and her beloved husband Malcolm in eternity. She is survived by her son Wayne Bell and wife Linda, daughter Joyce Dupee, son Ron Bell and wife Judy, as well as her grandchildren Jon Dupee, Suzanne Minear, Lauren Jordan, sharon Bell, and five great grandchildren.
Ruth grew up in Gatesville, Texas. Raised on a farm, she married Malcolm Bell when she was 17 years old. After marrying, they moved to Houston. She spent her adult life caring for her family. she was a devoted wife and mother, a wonderful cook, a talented seamstress, a self-taught bookkeeper, and a faithful Christian. We celebrate her life and heavenly reunion with her savior.
