Sandra S. Radford, 54, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Sandra was born to Marcia Cook Feinerman and Lloyd R. Kinard on May 12, 1961 in Bay City, Texas. She graduated from Jersey Village High School in 1979 and was a faithful member of Metropolitan Baptist Church. She married Rick at First Baptist Church in Houston, Texas on January 29, 1983. She loved children and taking care of them. She also enjoyed the outdoors and camping. Sandra held a membership with the Houston Zoo. She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd R. Kinard. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Rick of Houston, Texas; sons, Ryan Radford and Sam Radford of Houston, Texas; grandson, Jamarcus Ellis Radford of Houston, Texas; Marcia Feinerman, mother, of Montgomery, Texas; Shelby Feinerman, step-father of Montgomery Texas, Myra Kinard, step-mother of Brookston, Texas; sisters, Rhonda McLaughlin of Montgomery, Texas, Sheral Nabours of Tomball, Texas; brothers, James Kinard of Brookston, Texas, Ken Kinard of Tomball, Texas and Joe Kinard of Montgomery, Texas.
