Sarn married Sok Chun in 1962 and together they had four wonderful children.
Living as a widower, Sarn was strong and a respectful mother. She was solely responsible for raising all 4 children on her own. By God’s grace, on May 27, 2006, Ms. Sarn Loeung came to live with her daughter’s family, Vy and John in Houston, TX. With love and kindness, she happily devoted her time to take care of her two young and adorable grandchildren, Elizabeth and Matthew, while Vy and John worked. Sarn enjoyed cooking and gardening on her spare time. By God’s grace, in 2012, Sarn Loeung joined Cambodian New Life Church (CNLC) and with all her heart, soul, and strength, fully accepted her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Within 8 years and 4 months. By God’s grace, in November 17, 2013, she made the decision to be baptized at CNLC, the ceremony was performed by our beloved home church pastor, Raywood Samreth. Ms Sarn Loeung was determined to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She lived her live to the best according to Jesus Word, until the day she leaves this world to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. By God’s grace, thank you all for your unconditional love and for being a part of her life. God bless you all.
Left to cherish her memory are children, Touch Sok, Diep Sok, Vy Sok Chheun, Thara Sok; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Matthew, Dom, Vatannak, John, Srey and a host of other family and friends also survive.
