So very sorry for the loss of Shirl.  I am still so very sad when I think of our Shirl - and I do think of her often.  I am so glad she was able to spend so much time in Houston.  Know time will heal, there is comfort in beautiful memories.

I am so saddened to know of Shirl's passing.  I've known Shirl since the 6th grade at Holy Rosary.  I have fond memories of our friendship - lots of fun and good times together.  I will remember Shirl in prayers and thoughts.  God's blessing

Keeping Shirl close in thought as we mourn, cherish and honor one who is so loved.  We remember all the good times!  Shirl was the life of the party - she loved life!

Extending deep and heartfelt sympathy to Shirl's family.  It was a loss for us when Shirley left Uruguay to finally retire in the states.  now that she is gone, it's a greater loss.  She was very special, grounded, down-to-earth and very caring.

When I think of shirley I think of fun, flowers and friends.  It truly was a pleasure to work with her and get to know her.  I had no idea that she would actually decide to go to Uruguay and take on the job of estate manager but, it seemed like a perfect fit and it was.  I will miss her as I have for the last few years.

shirley has been a joy and a blessing to me.  I went on field trips with her in the "Ladies of Fleetwood".  Praying for your family.

Shirley was the most thoughtful, kind, and friendly neighbor that one could ask for, and we are so blessed to have gotten to know her over the past year.  She always spoke so proudly about her children and had the most interesting stories to share about her time in South America.  She will be dearly missed.

Shirley was so warm and welcoming to me when I first attended a reunion as George's new bride.  I was pleased to know his dear friend Shirl.  She invited us to come to Uruguay many times and I'm sorry we were unable to go but, we did enjoy her cards and photographs.  I feel so sorry that Shirley has left this earth.  May she rest at peace in the loving arms of the Lord.  Deepest Condolences,

We were good friends- classmates at Holy Rosary school from kindergarten through 9th grade, and we kept in touch for many years.  I remember how instrumental Shirl was in organizing all our class reunions and how much we all enjoyed seeing each other over the years.  We extend our sincere sympathy.

We have many fond memories of our times with Shirley while in Uruguay.  God Bless.

I have such wonderful memories of Shirley -- the "Memory of Me" is just what she would say about herself -- she could do so many things so well -- and that's the way I remember her -- always smiling.

We are so grateful that we got to be with everybody in Minneapolis yesterday, celebrating Shirley's life... Connie cherishes the African Violet, which she has named "Shirley"... It was such a gift to be with you all, thank you for your friendship.
