Sirita Lee Ward

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sirita Lee Ward, who left this world on March 2, 2025. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion.

Sirita is survived by her children, Clint Hook (wife Janie Hook) and Jackie Greer (companion Mike Phillips); her beloved grandchildren, Samantha and Shane Hook, and Amber Oldham.

A dedicated Registered Nurse, Sirita had a passion for caring for others in their time of need, leaving a lasting impact on those she served.

Her legacy of care and compassion lives through those who loved her as she departs this world to eternal paradise.

A service to honor and celebrate Sirita’s life will be held on March 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, Ascension Garden (43).
