Susan Araiza Pantoja age 71 of Houston, TX has passed away peacefully on October 13th 2025. Susan, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother touched many lives with her kindness and warm spirit. She will be deeply missed by her many family and friends.
Susan and Robert Pantoja were married for 51 years. She is survived by her son Robert Pantoja Jr. and daughter Priscilla Michelle Pantoja Fisher. Her husband Edward Fisher and their children Dean Thomas Pantoja and Lincoln James Fisher. Her brothers and sisters Ben and Alfred Araiza. Maggie Gomez and Yoland Villasana as well as their extended families.
Daughter to Rodolfo Araiza and Virginia Garcia. She graduated from Jefferson Davis High School where she met Robert. Susan then went into the banking industry operations division until her retirement in October 2010. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, like her father, telenovelas, and loved to listen to Tejano music.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday October 21st from 10am-2pm at American Heritage Funeral Home on 10710 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston, TX 77038.
