Tawana Gail Robinson, age 70, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022 surrounded by her family. Tawana was born April 5, 1951. There are no amount of words that can describe what an angel Tawana Gail was to so many. She embodied the service and compassion of Christ. Her children saw the Lord's work through her on a daily basis and aspired to be like her. Tawana Gail's life was dedicated to caring for her family and the people she loved. She was known as a mother to everyone. We should all be blessed to be even half the angel she was here on this earth. Her children can faithfully and humbly carry on her legacy as they they try to reach the level of grace and love that she shared with so many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernie Kathleen Harvard White Gill and Billy Wayne White.
Tawana Gail is survived by her husband of 52 years, Earl Noland Robinson and her children Jennifer (Gregg) Lister, Tiffany Robinson, Amber Ainsworth and Luke Robinson. She is also survived by her beloved sisters, Lesa (Rod) LaGrone and Gilda Meyers, her beloved grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Tawana will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A committal service will occur Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A reception will occur Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
