With heavy hearts, we share that Terry Eleiott passed away on November 20, 2025, just days before his 72nd birthday. Born on November 28, 1953, Terry lived a life defined by generosity, determination, and a love that touched everyone around him.
Terry was so much more than the roles he carried. He was the most devoted husband to his wife, Kathy Eleiott, the best dad, a steady and caring brother, a fun-loving uncle, and a loyal friend to so many. He had a natural gift for making people feel supported, safe, and cared for in ways they never forgot.
A dedicated professional with a true engineer’s mind, Terry founded TKE Engineering and Design in November 1992. What began as a vision grew into a respected company shaped by Terry’s integrity, expertise, and hard work. His leadership and passion continue to influence every part of the business and the many people who worked alongside him.
Three years ago, Terry was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given only 6–12 months to live. True to his character, he fought far beyond every expectation. With courage, humor, and incredible strength, he gave us three more priceless years of conversations, moments, and memories we will hold close forever.
Terry’s life was grounded in kindness, dedication, and a deep love for the people around him. His presence filled every room, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; his son Devin Pedersen and wife Megan; his daughter Rachel Branscomb and husband David; his daughter Jordyn van der Veen and husband Craig; and his daughter Taylor Brinkley and husband Troy.
Terry was a proud Grandpa to his cherished grandchildren: Riley, Hayden, Bryce, Blakely, Scarlett, Holland, Beckett, and Sloane.
He is also survived by his siblings: Charlie, Allen, David, Reggie, Gary, Jane, and Diane, all of whom he loved deeply. And not to be forgotten, his sweet Yorkie, Presley, who never left his side.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at a later date; details will be provided.
