Thomas Beasley

Thomas O’Neil Beasley was born in Houston, Texas to Thomas Quinton Beasley and Shirley Haynes Beasley on August 29, 1970. He attended Oak Village Middle School, graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. After graduating he continued higher education at Prairie View A&M University. Thomas was joined in holy matrimony to Tracia Jackson. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Greater First Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor W.E. Gibbs, where his mother was the church pianist for many, many years until her illness. He was employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance of North Carolina for 17 years until his recent passing.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Tracia, father, Thomas Quinton Beasley and nephew, Aury Young.

He leaves behind to celebrate his life: his mother, Shirley Barnett; sister, Alicia Young; two stepdaughters, Omnescia Jackson and Anais (Joshua) Johnson of Houston, TX; three step-sons, Zacchaeus and Gabriel Archie of Houston, TX; Thaddaeus Archie of Atlanta, GA.; godson, DaArion Cormier Haynes; neice, Jamecia Goins; nephew, Queznual “Quez” Goins; seven uncles, Godfrey Haynes (Dawn), Godwin Haynes (Brenda), Jual Haynes (Roberta), Joseph Haynes (Mary), Byron Haynes, Benjamin Beasley (Deborah) and Timothy Beasley; two aunts, Anna Haynes and Brunette Patterson; three granddaughters: Tamara, Hannah and Heaven and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

A visitation for Thomas will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. The funeral service will immediately follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. The committal service will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Paradise Funeral Home & Cemetery North, 10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088.
