To all of you who belonged to Tillie, I hope peace and comfort will be with all of the people that loved her.  She was one of my Mom's best friends and I am sure they are sitting up there catching up on all the neighborhood gossip over iced tea.  She was like a second mother to me and gave me some of the best advice and guidance that has lasted me many years.  She saw to it I went to church on Sunday's with her children and got "ready for the week"!  She was witty and always smiling as you see in all her photos.  I spent so much time in her house as a teen and an adult, I always felt accepted, loved and like family.  It saddened me that her daily life was interrupted and a disease prevented her from living in the present with everyone else but we have no control over those things, we just need to remember to live life to the fullest.  I was blessed to have been a part of that and Tillie, I thank you for it.  Say hello and give a big hug to my family for me, I hope to see you again!

Love you, sorry I could not be there !!Aunt Tillie was one of the best ,ya know she always took us places, gave a coke and made us each one what we always wanted to eat. I could not wait to come to ya'lls house. She was one of the best aunts to have. Good memories,I have to laugh her hauling us around to wrestling matchs,and roller skating..She will be missed,Thanks for sharing your mom with so many of us!!My thoughts are with all of you!!

My Aunt Tillie was a blessing.  I loved her meat loaf and she always had a coke for me when we visited.  In my baby book my first outing was to the beauty shoppe with Mummy and Aunt Tillie took us.  Thank you Aunt Tillie for being such a warm welcoming and hospitable aunt/person.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  When I think of your mom, I can't help but remember the time she caught us at the Pawn Shop skipping school.  I also remember her to be very kind and caring.
