Troy is survived by his mom, Sara Ramirez; sister, Maryah Carroll; father, Cletus Carroll; grandparents, Raul Ramirez, Sara Ochoa, and Deane Martin; great grandparents, Mary Carroll and Braulio Ramirez; Godparents, Antonio and Irma Ramirez; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Judith Martin and great grandparents, Charles Carroll and Mercedes Ramirez. Troy enjoyed spending time with others and you could always count on him for anything. He always wanted to be a positive influence on his friends and family.
He was kind hearted and had an innocent soul. Troy enjoyed BBQing, fishing, playing sports, and riding his bike. His smile was contagious and his inspiring presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to have known him. He was Sara and Maryah’s protector and now he will be their guardian angel.
