Valerie Michelle Viñas

Valerie Michelle Viñas of Houston, TX passed away on October 27, 2024 at the age of 33. She was born on September 09, 1991 in Houston, TX where she grew up to establish her own roots and blossomed into the kind, witty, strong, beautiful, young woman we knew and loved.

Valerie was a beloved and devoted mother, daughter, grand-daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and wife. She was a brilliant light to all of those who had the privilege of having her in their life. If you are one of these lucky few, you know how Valerie’s smile, laugh, and vibrant energy lit up the room.

Valerie dedicated her life to her family, her prized possession. At home, Valerie created an environment of open communication and unconditional support, empowering her children and husband to pursue their dreams while always being there to offer wisdom and encouragement.

Valerie’s lively spirit will be carried on by her beloved husband Horacio Rosales, their children Joellie and Ruben, her Mother Rosa Maria Rose, her Grandmother Gladys Mercedes Gutierrez, her sister Leanne Rose, her sister Jennifer Viñas and her daughter Sarah Martin, her Godfather and Godmother Jeffery and Claudia Monks, and their son Matthew Monks, her bonus mother Ana Viñas Rambao, her sister Valeria Calderon and her husband and children Albert, Sebastian, and Andres, her brother Mario DaRosa, his wife Jennifer and their children, and her many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends from the Viñas-Fermin and Rosales family.

She is joined in rest by her Father, Vicente Octavio Viñas Flores, her bonus Father Dacosta S. Rose, her Grandmother Rosa Aurora Flores Guzman, her Grandfather Alejandro Octavio Viñas Ovalles, her Uncle Alejandro Octavio Viñas Flores, her Aunt Carmen Giselle Arias Mesa, and her Brother in Law Ruben U. Rosales along with many other loved ones throughout her life.

With a hefty family tree and a family consisting of both blood ties and bonds formed from the heart, Valerie's reach was as far as it was wide, and she was cherished deeply by many.

The family would like to thank everyone who has showed care and compassion to us during this very difficult time.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Valerie on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 2:00PM.

Valerie era una querida y devota madre, hija, nieta, hermana, tía, sobrina, prima y esposa. Ella era una luz brillante para todos aquellos que tenían el privilegio de tenerla en su vida. Si eres uno de estos afortunados, sabes cómo la sonrisa, la risa y la vibrante energía de Valerie iluminaba cualquier espacio.

Valerie dedicó su vida a su familia, su preciada posesión. En casa, Valerie creó un entorno de comunicación abierta y apoyo incondicional, empoderando a sus hijos y a su esposo para perseguir sus sueños mientras siempre estaban allí para ofrecer sabiduría y aliento.

El espíritu efervescente de Valerie será llevado por su amado esposo Horacio Rosales, sus hijos Joellie y Rubén, su madre Rosa Maria Rose, su abuela Gladys Mercedes Gutiérrez, su hermana Leanne Rose, su hermana Jennifer Viñas y su hija Sarah Martin, su padrino y madrina Jeffery y Claudia Monks, y su hijo Matthew Monks, su madrastra Ana Viñas Rambao, su hermana Valeria Calderón y su esposo e hijos Albert, Sebastian y Andrés, su hermano Mario DaRosa, su esposa Jennifer y sus hijos, y sus muchos primos, sobrinas, sobrinos, tías y amigos de la familia Viñas-Fermin y Rosales.

Valerie se une en reposo con su padre, Vicente Octavio Viñas Flores, su padrastro Dacosta S. Rose, su abuela Rosa Aurora Flores Guzmán, su abuelo Alejandro Octavio Viñas Ovalles, su tío Alejandro Octavio Viñas Flores, su tía Carmen Giselle Arias Mesa y su cuñado Rubén U. Rosales junto con muchos otros seres queridos a lo largo de su vida.

Con un árbol genealógico abundante y una familia que consiste en lazos de sangre y lazos formados desde el corazón, el alcance de Valerie era amplio y profundamente apreciada por muchos.

A la familia le gustaría agradecer a todos los que nos han mostrado cariño y compasión durante este momento tan difícil.

Familiares y amigos están invitados a asistir a un Servicio Conmemorativo de la Celebración de la Vida para Valerie el sábado 16 de Noviembre de 2024 a las 2:00 p. m.
