Husband, Peter Lou was predeceased by Virginia L Lou who has passed away. She is survived by her children, Gary and Gilbert Lou and her brother, Yuk-Min Leung.
She was a loved wife, mother, sister and aunt. She had a beautiful, vibrant and generous personality that touched many lives.
A visitation will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079, on September 11, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Celebration of Life will be held at the same location at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery on September 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11AM.
After celebration of life, a funeral reception will take place at Hibachi Grill & Buffet, located at 12183 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079, from 11:30 AM to 1:00PM
