Bill was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 26, 1948. He grew up in Texas and moved to Colorado with his family during his adolescent years. He was a proud Colorado State University Ram and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Bill enjoyed many different roles throughout his career. He was a member of the Marine Corps Reserve, as well as an industrial salesman with a trucking company. Bill retired after many years of service with Bechtel Corporation. He enjoyed most of his final years with Bechtel working abroad and making many friends around the world.
Bill is survived by his brother, Ralph, son, Kristopher, and beloved granddaughter, Ramsey, all of Denver, Colorado, as well as his wife of 52 years, Sue, and daughter, Stacy, both of Houston, Texas. Bill will be buried in a private family ceremony in Colorado alongside his son, Aaron.
His family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors and nurses in the MICU at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center for their kindness and compassion during an extremely difficult time.
Please remember Bill as an avid fan of sports, especially our Houston teams, and raise your glass when the Astros win the next World Series.
