Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carla Joann Van Iperen. He was predeceased by his parents, Con Van Iperen and Hazel Van Iperen.
Bill began studying the Bible at an early age and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on August 19, 1944. He was very active in the ministry, was appointed as assistant congregation servant at age 19 and continued as an elder for the next 70 years, until his death. He and Joann studied the Bible with many people and found great joy when their Bible students progressed in their worship of Jehovah God.
