She was born in Hong Kong on September 12, 1946, to Michael Siu Hung Chow and Lai Kuen Lo. Up until the end, Winnie maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, appreciation of beauty, and love of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Siu Hung. She is survived by her mother, Lai Kuen Lo; her daughter, Amy Mickles and her husband, Bill; two grandchildren, Courtney and Cody; her brother Jones and his wife, Susan; her brother Terry and his wife, Loretta; her brother Louis and his wife, Alice; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation for Winnie will be held Monday, October 7, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, located at 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077.
A funeral service for Winnie will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 starting at 11:00 AM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park. A committal service will occur immediately following the funeral service at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, located at 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077.
