Yvonne Segovia born Nov. 6, 1934 in Houston, TX. She passed away on April 15, 2016 in Houston, TX surrounded by her family. She was the fourth child of Augustine Segovia and Pauline S. Segovia, having two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by a daughter Susan C. Reyna; sisters Mary Lou Cortinas and Kate Garza; Brother Joe Segovia. Two nieces, seven nephews and cousins. Her family fondly remembers her as being hard working as a LVN and other occupations until her retirement. She was fun loving, strong willed and quick witted person who enjoyed cooking outdoors. Hobbies include gardening, jewelry making, arts & crafts and loved to dance. Also she was a very spiritual, proud person with a wonderful sense of humor. She will be dearly missed by everyone, especially by her devoted daughter. We will remember her for her strength and courage. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at 5 PM and Rosary Prayer at 7PM. Funeral Services on Wednesday at 11 AM by Deacon Joseph and burial at Brookside Cemetery. Reception to follow at The American Legion Post #578. All are welcomed to attend and celebrate Yvonne’s Life
