Bill Nix

Bill E. Nix, 91, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away May 11, 2012. He was born in Imboden, Virginia. He was a WW II US Navy Veteran and a member for 42 continuous years with the American Legion Post 497 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He worked as a Metal Plater for General Motors. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife Avis I Nix; son Jerry Nix; daughters Janette Schafer, Janice Blanton, Cheryl Heinzman, Lori Endres; father George Wilder; mother Flora Cox; raised by Louis and Lessie Nix;

several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida. 727-863-5471.
