Alfred is survived by; daughter Victoria Preciado; and daughter Monique Ayala; mother Guadalupe Ayala; brother Avery Ayala, brother Vincent Ayala, brother Eddie Ayala, sister Elsie Ayala, sister Mary Ayala, sister Anita Almanza, sister Lupe Raymond and sister Christine Benavidez.

Alfred was preceded in death by; father Alfred Luis Ayala Sr.; brother Manuel Ayala.
