Betty was born in the Los Angeles area and moved to northern California as a young child. She enjoyed crocheting and was a whiz at crossword puzzles. She loved to spend time with her family and will be remembered for her unique disposition and straightforward manner. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
Betty is survived by her brother Dennis Bell, nieces, Catherine McClellan, Marianne Shook, Mary Frances Bell and nephews, Donald Wilson, John Wilson, and William Bell, not to mention her many great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her father William Bell and her mother Frances Bell, her loving husband Roy Cooley, and her nephew David Wilson.
A graveside service for Betty will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park, in the Restland Garden, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California.
