Born on April 5, 1943, Betty lived a life filled with love and faith. She married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Jerry Perigen, with whom she shared a lifetime of beautiful memories, laughter, and companionship.
Betty’s greatest joy came from her family. She is lovingly remembered by her children Sharilyn Weers (Chris), Mark Perigen (Tammy), and Lori McCarthy (Dave). She was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her happiness and pride. She is also survived by her two brothers Grady Walker (Sandi), and Jerry Davis.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Norma Jean and Grady Lee Walker, and by her beloved grandson, Stephen Perigen.
Betty will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering strength. A life beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Her legacy of faith, kindness, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
