Ciara Eleanor Chiesa

Ciara Eleanor Chiesa went to meet our Lord, while being held in the loving arms of both her parents, Kevin and Melanie Chiesa. She fought a brave and gallant fight against Medulloblastoma, a very aggressive brain cancer. She taught so many people in our community and around the world about; patience, strength, perserverence, acceptance, faith and love. Through all she had to suffer and endure. she always had a smile on her face and never complained about her circumstances. She always wanted to please and reassure all of us that she was ok.

She attended school at Hughson and Gratton Elementary schools. She loved playing games, planning for every holiday, going to the movies, traveling to Hawaii, Spain, France, Italy, and her favorite place Disneyland. She was truly "Our Princess!"

She will be dearly missed by her parents, and "her best friend and sister" Sydney. Also by her Grandparents, Ron and Jane Martella, and Aroldo and Mary Chiesa and all her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and extended family and friends.

On Friday, December 17th visitation will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hughson beginning at 4:00pm followed by the Holy Rosary at 6:30pm. Saturday, December 18th the funeral service and Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Anthony's at 1:00pm, followed by a celebration of Ciara's life in the St. Anthony's Family Center. The family invites all who have been touched by Ciara's life to please attend and share in her farewell. We are now returning "Our Princess Angel" to God and we thank Him for so graciously giving her to us for 14 years.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Ciara's Circle of Hope", a foundation to support children's causes. This has been set up at: Bank of the West, Hughson Branch, P.O. Box 818, Hughson, CA 95326
