Cinda Louan Silva

Cinda attended Thomas Downey High School and was a lifelong resident of Modesto. Cinda was an avid fan and supporter of the local Dixieland band, which her son, Lance was a member of. Her hobbies included gardening. She loved to decorate her home for Christmas and open it to family and friends for the Holidays.

Cinda was preceded in death by father James R. Whitt, Grandparents Julius and Edith Defosset and Jack and Opal Whitt and Uncle J.H. Defosset , Jr. Cinda is survived by her Husband of 30 years, Jerry Silva, of Modesto, Daughter Celena Corfman of Modesto, Son Lance Silva of Modesto, Mother Joan G. Small of Modesto, Brothers Michael Whitt, Richard Whitt of Modesto and Steven (Wendy) Whitt of Turlock, Grandchildren Alicia Corfman, Ashley (Brandon) Hiemstra, Zachery Silva and Nicolette Mulder, one Aunt and several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 8th, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 9th, 2013 at 11:00 am, both will be at Lakewood Funeral Home 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Remembrances may be made to The Alexander Cohen Hospice House, 2201 Euclid Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.
