Debra Linn Brooks

Debra Linn Brooks “Debbie”, passed away suddenly at home on December 16th, 2025. Born in Sacramento to Judith and Ronald Picinini. She is survived by her daughters Kristin Arsenio (Sherman) and Shaylyn Beck (Brent), sister Cheryl Moore (Tony), and her mother Judith Picinini. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Aliyah, Brody, Bryce, Forest, Oliver, Skylan and Wyatt. Debbie is preceded in death by her father Ron Picinini, grandmother Josephine Kallusch and niece Kayla Lee Moore.

She graduated from Beyer High School in 1980. She was an excellent student and songleader. She then graduated from California State University, Stanislaus. She worked for Modesto Irrigation District (MID) for 40+ years, where she gained life-long friendships. She was a beautiful soul who was loved by all.

She and her significant other, Allen Dias, loved going to Pismo Beach every month, rodeos, Kennedy Meadows to camp, trap shooting, and has been a bird hunter for many years. She loved her flowers, gardening, line dancing, and being with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to Lakewood Cemetery for her memorial service, 900 Sante Fe Avenue in Hughson on January 3rd, 2026 at 9 AM. Officiated by Father Bill McDonald. Reception to follow.
