

Donna was born at home near Riverdale, California, where she spent her childhood and early adult years. Following her marriage to Frank Elbert, she relocated to the Sacramento area, where she raised her two children, Tracy and Kelly. After their separation, Donna returned to Cantua Creek, California, where she resided for most of her adult life.
She was employed initially at a local cotton gin before beginning a long and distinguished career with Five Points Ranch. Donna dedicated 28 years of service to the ranch, where she was known for her reliability and commitment, before retiring. Following retirement, she relocated to Modesto, California.
During her retirement years, Donna enjoyed traveling, wine tasting with friends, watching western films, and spending time with her family. She also treasured the companionship of her beloved dog, Ryan.
Donna is survived by her children, Tracy (Pat) Oliveira and Kelly (Herbie) Sablan; her sisters, Judy Sanchez, Kathy Chaffin, and Jane Cronk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Renwick, Asa “Pop” Peas, and Alene “Nana” Peas.
Funeral services will be held on December 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Fresno Memorial Gardens 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Donna’s honor.
Donna will be remembered with respect and fond remembrance by all who knew her.
