My dear uncle Eddie and (godfather), you will be greatly missed, I will always remember the wonderful cooking and recipes you shared and the best italian olives ever, what an inspiration, I will miss you greatly.

My Dear Uncle Eddie, I remember as a child you teaching me to arm wrestle, man! The strongest grip I ever came across. I never could get that fist down! I also think it was you that always made me strive to be a good cook! Being surrounded by great Italian women cooks, you made it cool to be a guy and
