Henry Cruz Sagayno was born on August 8, 1931 in Delano, Ca. His parents were Aurelio Bayo and Natalia Cruz Sanchez. He was raised in Delano, Ca. He was an advent Football player in high school his passion was track. He held the record for sprinting til 2010, His letterman has numerous medals. After Graduation he married his high school sweetheart, Martha Velarde in 1950. He had three children, Julia ( Valenzuela ), Henry Sagayno, Jr. , Richard Sagayno. 13 Grandkids, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren.
He was a man of integrity and great character. He always had a smile on his face, you never knew if he had a bad day. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A visitation for Henry will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California. A graveside service will occur Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California.
