Jaime is preceded in death by his father Manuel Chavez; his brother Joel Chavez; and his son Alexis Barba.
Jaime is survived by his daughter Dahlia Chavez; and his daughter Jasmin Chavez; his mother Maria Luisa Estrada; his sister Martha Lopez; his sister Sandra Wick; his brother Manuel Chavez; his brother Luis Estrada; and his brother Javier Chavez.
He worked as a service technician for over 28 years and studied marine biology in Mexico. Jaime enjoyed playing soccer and visiting the ocean. He was a loving father, uncle, brother, and friend. Jaime will be greatly missed by those who love him.
