James Gregg, 72, passed from this life on February 25, 2015 due to complications from lymphoma. He was born in Modesto, grew up in the Hughson area, lived in Modesto, and farmed the family almond orchard. He was an engineer with County Public Works until retiring in 2004.
James and Louella (Salvador) were married June 14, 1991; Louella passed on January 2, 2013. He is survived by his daughter Jamie (JT), sister Janet Bowman and brother John.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home Heritage Chapel on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to the Modesto Gospel Mission or the (lls.org).
