Jane Hawley Day 1916-2015 Jane H. Day at the age of 98, passed away May 20th 2015 in Oakdale CA. She is survived by her son Ronald J. Day his wife Rebecca Day, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She trained as a Registered Nurse in Medical Lake, Washington then worked over 50 years caring for others. She had a great love of people, and was blessed with wisdom and strength. She endured well and taught us the value of effort and tenacity, which gave her longevity. She loved the social life and traveled at every opportunity. She read and collected paperback books, hundreds of them. Her example of endurance and positivity will live on and she will be greatly missed. The evening of Friday May 29th family and friends are welcome to meet for a Graveside Dedicatory Prayer at 5:30 pm. Evergreen Garden, Lakewood Cemetery, Hughson CA.
