Jennifer was born in California where she lived until 1980. Jennifer moved with her family to Vancouver Washington and she resided in Washington State until 2012. Jennifer moved back to California in 2012 and lived there until she passed away in Riverbank.
Jennifer is survived by her daughters Brianna and Courtney Richardson, her mother Kathy Hedman, her sister Laura Vasquez – Gregory, her brother Tony R. Vasquez, and her Grandmother Barbara Trager.
Jennifer will be remembered as a loving mother, for her caring and nurturing nature, and her creative and artistic talents. Jennifer’s memory will always be in the hearts of those who loved her.
