Javier went Home to meet his Creator on April 25, 2014. He was born in La Joya, Michoacán, Mexico to parents Eduardo and Marie Nava. Javier came to the United States in pursuit of the “American Dream” in 1958. Shortly after he established a home, his loving wife of 55 years, Esperanza Nava joined him here in the US and they shared a wonderful life together.
He is survived by his wife, Esperanza Nava, 5 children: Javier, Elivier, Gonsalo, Armando and Maribel Nava, 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation and Rosary will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, in Hughson, in the Riverside Chapel, on Thursday, May 1st from 4-8:00pm (Rosary will begin at 6:00pm).
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, in Ceres, on Friday, May 2nd at 10:00am.
