Mary C. Rosas passed away peacefully on February 17, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on September 18, 1952, she was known for her courage, facing a long battle with cancer with grace and without complaint. She was a loving, kind-hearted woman who touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Mary is survived by her sons, Alex Rosas, Paul Rosas, and Raymond Rosas, and her daughter, Maya Origel. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Farah Rosas, and her son-in-law, Junior Origel, as well as 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Mary’s life was defined by her generosity and kindness. She never hesitated to open her home to anyone in need, always offering a warm meal and a welcoming heart. She had a special way of nurturing and guiding her family, and she cherished hosting family gatherings filled with love and laughter.
Mary worked as a secretary for 12 years and was a devoted member of her church and community. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A service to honor Mary’s life will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 900 South Santa Fe Road, Hughson, CA. A viewing will take place at 9:00 A.M. in the Riverside chapel following the funeral service at 10:00 A.M. Graveside services will be held immediately after.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakewood Memorial Park in honor of Mary’s memory.
