

Michael Joseph Komorowski Jr. passed away peacefully in Modesto on November 8. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Imogene Komorowski. His surviving family includes four sons Greg (Cris), Steven (Jeanna), Mark (Karen) and David (Alicia). Grandchildren: Michael, Katie, Amanda, Steven Jr. Roxanna, Cloe, Karl, Renee, Alejandro and Alan. Great-grandchildren: Larissa, Sorraya, Savanna, Antonia, Jazmine, Jordan, Ariana, Steven III, Ayvah, Madison, Giavanna, Aurora Henry, Izak, Reyden, Alan and Aaliyah. Preceded in death by his sisters Frances, Jesse and Rose. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on Feb. 17, 1926. He served in the U.S. Navy.
He was a devout Catholic and a Knight of Columbus. He was a long time resident of Milpitas California and worked at the Ford plant and FMC corporation in Santa Clara. Dad loved fishing, coaching baseball and supporting all the kids in sports. He enjoyed country music and dancing. Viewing on Thursday Nov. 17 from 4-8pm and rosary at 6pm at Lakewood Memorial Park. Mass on Friday Nov. 18, 10 am at Our Lady of Fatima followed by burial and celebration of life at Lakewood Memorial Park. and on behalf of the Komorowski family a special thanks to Valley Comfort and their Crew also to Optimal Hospice Care and their Crew.
