Roberta Brandt (deceased) in Wetumka, OK in 1943 and moved to California at a young age. He grew up in Riverbank and graduated from Oakdale High School. He worked as a salesman for Wonder Bread and Frito Lay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and a cold Coors Light with either a Snickers or a chocolate chip cookie made by his daughter, Terri. In retirement he took up golf and became a member of Oakdale Golf and Country Club where he and his son Todd made many great memories. After Sharon retired they traveled to
Alaska, Hawaii, and the Northeast, but the best trip was the family vacation to Disneyland in February where many happy memories were made.
He is survived by his loving wife Sharon; daughter and son-in-law Terri and Craig
Robinette, son and daughter-in-law Todd and Leona Brandt; grandchildren John-Pepper, Laci, and Garrett; great grandchildren Ty, Josi, Paul, Trevor, and Cash; brother and sister-inlaw Jack and Barbara Brandt; nephew Kyle and niece Renee.
There will be a private service held for family only. A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to COVID.
In-lieu of flowers donations in memory of Richard can be made to a charity of your choice.
