Robert Lee Woody, 79, of Hickman, passed away peacefully on Auguest 22nd, 2012. He was a veteran who served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy. Woody also drove trucks for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Stella Woody, and companion of 20 years, Joann Oliver. He is survived by his brother Gene Woody, his children Tonya, Vicki, Michael and 5 grandchildren. A visitation will take place Thursday, August 30th from 4pm-8pm with a chapel service on Friday, August 31st at 2pm. Both will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home.
