Ronnie Paul Holt

Ronnie Paul Holt Aug 30, 1942 - Jan 23, 2017 Ronnie Paul Holt passed away peacefully at his home in Modesto, California on January 23rd. Ronnie was born in Holland, Missouri to the late James (Jack) Holt and Nopal Holt. Ronnie graduated from Ceres High School in 1960 after which he went to work as a Seamer Operator at National Can Company in Modesto, California. Ronnie was very hardworking and loyal to many. Ronnie enjoyed the occasional trip to the Chicken Ranch Indian Casino. And when his health permitted, Ronnie loved to fish and work in the yard. Ronnie had a particular fondness for all animals. Ronnie will be truly missed by his wife, Shirley Holt, his daughter Paula Driskill, his grandson, Raiden Azevedo as well as his nieces, Anita Riley and her husband Gary and Lisa Baker. Ronnie also leaves behind his wonderful caregivers, Bernadine Palmerin and Brianna Gilmore whom he considered to be family. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Nopal as well as two brothers. Ronnie's viewing will be at Lakewood Memorial Park on February 4th at 10am in the small chapel followed by the service at 11am. His wife ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Optimal Hospice Care at 1101 Sylvan Ave. Modesto, California 95356 in care of Ronnie Holt. -
