Shirley Ann Jacobs, age 89, of Modesto, California passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

A visitation for Shirley will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.

Serving as pallbearers are Shelly Witt , Erin Bargas, David Hutler, Justin Smith , Lyndi Hawn , Jamie Fredericksen, Jennifer Chimerofsky, Courtney Wallace and Austin Wallace.
