Terry Dean Phillips March 30, 1984 – February 8, 2017 Terry Dean Phillips, born on March 30, 1984 in Modesto, California, died suddenly on February 8, 2017. Terry leaves behind his father and mother Dean and Carolyn Phillips, his brother Daniel and sister-in-law Eddora Phillips, grandparents Amos and Wanda Terry, aunt Marilyn and uncle Tim Steenwyk, special friends Sara, Emma, Ava, and Elle, numerous cousins, co-workers, and friends. Terry worked 10 years in the Water Department for the City of Modesto. He believed in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A graveside service will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
