Thomas Ray Beck

Thomas Ray Beck, 72, passed away at his home on March 12, 2016, after a brief illness. Born October 15, 1943 he and his brother were lovingly adopted into the family of Mr. L.W. and Ethel (Berry) Beck of Hughson CA. Thomas graduated from Hughson High School and married Betty (Hollingsworth Morris) on August 14, 1971 and together raised their ten children in Hughson. Thomas owned his own truck driving business and drove for over 50 years. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping and traveling. Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Betty (Hollingsworth Morris), his brother, Richard (Lily) Beck of Avenal CA, sister Cathy Coleman of Billings MT, sister Jadine (Ken) Love of Medford OR, sons Raymond (Cathy) Beck of Merced, Thomas Beck Jr. of Turlock, daughters Paula Ledoux Beck of Hughson, Barbara Seay Beck of Oakdale, stepsons Robert (Raylene) Morris of Manteca, David (Cathi) Morris of Vacaville, Wayne (Stephanie) Morris of Hughson and Marty Morris of Hughson and stepdaughters Brenda Perry Morris of Ceres and Sharon Morris of Orcas Island WA, 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren. You were a loving husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa and we will always carry your memory in our hearts. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 2pm at Lakewood Funeral Home Heritage Chapel, 900 Santa Fe Avenue in Hughson.
