Vada Ruth Woody passed away in her sleep on 02/09/2026 at the age of 91. Born on September 30 1934, she was known for her hard work, love of animals and her wonderful sense of humor. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Victoria, Vivian, (Mike), Steven, (Tony) and Laura. She is also survived by her great niece Rhoda, 10 grand children and 22 great grand children .
She is preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Henry Eugene Woody, her parents, Anna Elzora Price and Benjamin Franklin Price, and 10 brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held on February 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
