Victor Ray Osnaya-Bush, just a few weeks shy of 62 years old, passed away on Sunday morning August 13, 2017 surrounded by the love of his family. Although Victor was born in Mexico August 31, 1955, he spent the majority of his life in California and spent the last 21 years of his life with his domestic partner, Pete, and their daughter, Deana. He had a successful career as a cosmetologist and was very proud of the work that he did, especially doing his favorite thing, hair corrections. Not only did he have a passion for doing hair, but he had a passion for sewing and made his daughters Halloween costumes almost every year. Victor also shared a love of animals as shown by the love shared between his dogs Abel and Jersey and his obsession with elephants. He is survived by his partner, Pete, daughter, Deana, granddaughter Maliyah, his sisters, Elisa, Felicia, Virginia, and his brothers Porfi and Mark.
