Died December 7, 2014 in Humble, TX.
He proudly served in the U.S
Army Corps of Engineers during the Korean War.
After returning home, he was employed with Pan American World Airways as an aircraft mechanic, where he enjoyed a long career and retired after 34 years of service. He continued to work in aviation until the age of 79.
He is predeceased by his loving parents, Robert H. and Clara M. Knowles, brothers Richard and Jerry Knowles and his loving wife of 43 years Patricia.
He is survived by his 2 daughters. Lisa K. Tingley and son-in-law Michael R. Tingley of Miami, Fl. and Kathy L. Lastinger also of Miami.
4 Grandsons, Michael N. Tingley, Robert L., Steven H. and Samuel T. Lastinger, and 5 great-grandchildren.
