Kenneth Charles Vollbrecht

He is preceded by his parents, Marie and Carl Vollbrecht. He is survived by his siblings, Sharon and husband Ben, Peggy and husband Jack, Kay, Joy and husband Neil, and Marti and wife Ann.

He is also survived by his son, Michael Vollbrecht by marriage to Patricia Lewis, daughter Heather Van Handel by marriage to Carol Jean Vollbrecht. Step Children Jon L. and wife Wanda, David and wife Yolanda, Ken and wife Terri as well as granddaughters Kristen, Tiffanie, Stormee, and Abigail and great granddaughter Elizabeth.

As a successful small business owner, he forged lifelong friendships with customers and employees.

He was a respected Navy Veteran who generously supported FFA, HPD relay team, Wounded Warrior Project, Salvation Army, and many more worthy charities. His Viewing will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on October 7th, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening. His Funeral Ceremony will be held on the morning of October 8th, 2013 at the Chapel of Calvary Hill at 10:00.

He will rest at the United States Veterans Cemetery.

Celebration of his life will follow at Michael and Kimberly’s home at 22831 Three Pines Dr. Hockley, Texas 77447.
