He is survived by his Wife, Cynthia Rome Ishee "TEE" as well as his children: Jamie A. Potts, married to Ryan Potts, from Spring, TX; Bruno J. "Trey" Egros III from Spring, TX; Kevin L. Ishee, married to Bridgitte Ishee, from Harrisville, MS; Steven L. Ishee, married to Tonya Ishee, from Laurel, MS; Tara A. Young, married to Herbie Young, from Purvis, MS; and Eric S. Ishee, married to Mandy Jo Ishee, from Foley, AL.
Larry is also survived by his brother, Randy Ishee, and his wife Sydney Ishee, and his sister, LaNelle Brucks, and her husband John Brucks.
His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Allison N. Mutz, Joseph Stapp, Bruno J. "B.J" Egros IV, engaged to Shelbee Lopez, Logan T. Egros, Gavin T. Egros, Montana Ishee, married to Laryn, Jaycie Hovey, Ryan Ishee, engaged to Kaylin, Bethany Minter, Patrick Gardner, married to Hannah, Madison Zambrana, married to Noah, Morgan Ishee, MaKaiden Ishee, Maecie Ishee, Raelyn Ishee, Elise Dore, Cassidy Harrington, James Young, Summer Hutto, and Harley Hutto.
He was also blessed with great-grandchildren: Caden Mutz, Colby Mutz, Elijah Mutz, Bailey Egros, Bella Egros, Maeleigh Minter, Parker Ishee, Reagan Dore, Kiernan Zambrana, Cheyenne Young, DeLana Young and Waylon Young.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Lorene Swanepoele and Barney Royal Ishee of Stringer, MS as well as is his stepfather Ed Swanepoele of Stringer, MS. He is also preceded by his mother and father-in-law Charles David Rome "CD" and Alice Mae Rome.
The visitation services will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338. The first visitation is scheduled for January 29, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A second visitation will take place on January 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Committal Service will conclude the ceremonies from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm on the same day.
Pallbearers honoring Larry's memory include Bruno "B.J" Egros IV, Logan Egros, Gavin Egros, Joseph Stapp, Kevin Goodspeed, Jacob Tinnel and Patrick Gardner. Honourary pallbearers are Josh Casas and Blaine Roberts.
