Born in 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobbie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Houston in 1972. After a few years of teaching she received her Masters degree in accounting at the University of Houston in 1979.
Bobbie was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 37 and was given a few months to live. Her will power and love of life kept her on this Earth for 25 more years.
Bobbie loved a good book, spending time with family, and being an active member of the Woodlands United Methodist Church. She is survived by her siblings Betsy, John, Carl, and Peggy; her children, Brian, Ben, and Kristin; and four grandchildren.
The Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery in Humble, TX has been entrusted with the arrangements.
