Arthur J. Kennedy

Arthur was a retired Philadelphia Police Detective serving the city for 20 yrs, he worked in sales for the PA. Liquor Control Board. He proudly served his country first in the Army, then in the Air National Guard from which he retired in. Arthur enjoyed listening the oldies, as well as watching classic television and movies at home. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Kennedy was the husband of Brigitte, married over 48 yrs. He was the loving father of Robert (wife Bonnie), Jackie Kirk (husband William) and stepdaughter Evelyn Ledersberger (husband Fritz) ; he will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Alyssa, Rachel, Megan, Ryan, Andrew, Gerhard, and Ute, his sister Pat DeCarlo (husband Richard), his nieces , nephews, and by all who knew him. Arthur was preceeded in death by his son Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Sunday; September 2nd at 1:30 P.M. at the Lamb funeral Home 101 Byberry Rd Huntingdon Valley, PA. Friends may call on the family from 12:30 until time of service. His Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
