Case will be remembered most for his beautiful smile, bright blue eyes and his ability to love unconditionally. He was a gentle soul with a huge heart who undoubtedly loved his family and friends. A few words that would describe him would be caring, funny, engaging, charitable, social and artistic; he loved painting, music and the outdoors. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his sister, Amy Adams, nephew, Michael Miller and niece, Emma Miller along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Case was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. William Adams and MaryAnn Adams (Devine) as well as his brother, Michael Adams.
